Quite simply we act as your virtual receptionist in order to capture the calls you can't to ensure you never miss a call, or that your callers never hear the engaged tone.
We're available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and it doesn't make any difference to us whether volumes are large or small, whether they're during or outside of business hours, whether it's all calls or your overspill contingency..basically we're here when you're not and once you've tried us you'll wonder how you ever did without us!
You control when your answer-4U Personal Reception Team take your calls via simple diversion services, all of which your Personal Account Manager will assist you with setting up if it's not something you're familiar with,

and you also provide the personal greeting with which they answer on your behalf i.e. "Good morning, thank you for calling Joe Bloggs & Co, how may I help you?"

Next you need your messages delivering to you, containing the information you've asked us to capture (full name & address of your caller, contact telephone number(s), the reason for their call, etc) and we do so via your preferred method (email, SMS, fax, etc).
