Lettings through powerlets couldn’t be easier. We update all our properties daily which are available for letting and provide photographs and floor plans to help you to choose the right option.

If you like a particular property we can get the process started for you straight away by arranging immediate viewings during our office hours: 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturdays. Should you like any of our properties, we will pass your details on to the Landlord for hers/his acceptance.

In order for us to stop marketing the property you like, we will require a holding deposit of £300. If for any reasons you fail the reference check, or the Landlord decides not to proceed, we will refund the holding deposit in full. However, should you change your mind for whatever reasons, the deposit is non refundable.

Please note that we will provide you with all necessary forms and assistance in obtaining your references and with your satisfactory references, we will then draft the tenancy agreement for you to inspect. We would strongly advise that you take independent legal advice if there is anything which you are not clear with.
