I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (I don't really distinguish between the two roles). I have experience in working with a number of life's issues that can get in the way - including depression, anxiety, relationship problems and difficulties around identity. Sometimes you may not know the words to describe what you are feeling, although you do know you want things to change. Talking through these issues with someone trained to hear them in a particular way can be hugely helpful.
As well as my private practice, I work as a counsellor and psychotherapist in the NHS, at a University and at a counselling service in Newham. I am a full member of the BACP.
I have a particular interest in working with women who have experienced a loss in pregnancy or a struggle with fertility.
