Domestic Inspections

Should you be purchasing a house and the mortgage company require an inspection or you just want to find out what horrors, if any, might be awaiting you before you purchase a new property. Why not have an inspection carried out. Our periodic inspections fees for domestic installations are as follows.

The costing below assumes that 1 No bathroom is in the property. For additional bathrooms please add £25 Ex Vat per bathroom.
