Radiators, thermostatic radiator valves, repair radiator pipes and power flush central heating systems, bathroom suits, shower pumps, shower units (shower cartridges) blocked sink and drains. Gas safety inspection, land lords safety certificates, gas pipe run, new gas appliances installation are all carried out by corgi registered engineer.
All new installed boilers are required to be condensing A or B grade. Manufactures and building Regulation part L, requires energy effeceint installation. Power flush, room thermostat, programmer/timer, commission boiler to manufactures instructions, hand over all manufactures instruction accompanied by the boiler. Then the installation must be registered. Gas boiler and other gas appliance services, upgrades and repairs.
Heating controls, most parts are carried as stock iteams, zone valves, mid position valves, central heating pumps, timer and room thermostats.
Anything from a dripping tap to a full central heating boiler, radiators, heating controls, Cold water storage tank, domestic hot water, both open and sealed systems.
