Sola Kitchens is jointly owned and managed by Sofia Bune (who is Swedish) and Lara Quie (who is Anglo-Japanese). Before starting Sola Kitchens, Sofia and Lara worked together as corporate lawyers in a London city law firm when they discovered their shared enthusiasm for kitchen design. They noticed that there was a gap in the market for stylish Swedish kitchen solutions when they wanted to install high quality kitchens in their own homes.

Sola Kitchens has established an excellent partnership with two of Sweden’s finest kitchen manufacturers, Lidhults Kök and Ryssby Kök. This enables Sola Kitchens and its manufacturers to share their passion for beautiful kitchens with the wider world.
